I’m not your typical personal trainer
Hi, I’m Tash, founder of Thrive & Ko. I’ll just say it upfront: I’m not here to sell body transformations. My approach is about strength, skill, and self-belief. When you shift your focus from how you look to what your body can do, results follow naturally and they last. Thrive & Ko was born from my own low point, when I felt like I’d lost control and direction. Through that chapter, I realised one thing that can never be taken from us, autonomy. I rebuilt myself through routine, strength training, and mindful movement. I learned to fuel my body with purpose, train with intention, and use fitness to thrive. Now, that’s exactly what I help others do.
Through structured training, supportive coaching, and a judgement-free space, I guide people to discover their power, physically and mentally and to build confidence that lasts far beyond the gym. Let’s see what we can achieve together.
